C-You are held accountable for providing accurate data when you apply and in cases when an application is rejected due to inaccurate data is your responsibility.

D-The information you submit will be processed within 24 hours.

E-If the application is on hold for any reason, you will be notified.

F-All fees are related to the process of your ESTA application. Please refer to our FAQ for details on fees and the duration of the process.

G-Customs give authorization for their data to be managed for the application process. Please refer to our privacy policy.

H-This website is a private service to assist you with your ESTA application process, and it is not an affiliate with the government of the United States of America.

I-The customer acknowledges that they are legally authorized to make use of the credit card the submit for payments.

Please note that once you have received your confirmation email, our service has finalised.
