Denied application refund policy
Individuals with the status of a denied applications when they apply for ESTA are entitled to request a refund for the processing fee services as long as they make sure to send us an email notifying us of their request. Some situations may not be eligible for a refund, but this is the reason why we encourage individuals to avoid booking flights before they can confirm that their ESTA has been authorized.
Keep in mind that we are not affiliated with any government entity, and the government is responsible for deciding on your admission to the U.S.
Additional fees
Any additional fees that may be charged by other parties involved in the process of completing your ESTA application are not eligible for a refund as this is not part of our direct processing.
Getting refunds on other types of applications
Some exceptional circumstances for refunds on fees, even if an application is not denied, can be considered, but in most cases, there will be no refunds if your application has been approved.
Currencies
We provide refunds in US dollars only, and the exchange rates will be determined depending on your credit card company policies. Any exchange fluctuations when refunds are requested are not something that we are accountable for and this is also going to depend on your credit card provider.
Processing refunds
If you request a refund and it is also granted, those refunds will be credited to the credit card that you used when you have made your purchase. It is the best way to prevent fraud and theft. If you need to request a refund, please send us an email with the information below:
